1. How to order on cassin.store?

To order, simply select the product, choose the size and quantity, then click the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to check out, go to your cart and follow the instructions to complete your order.

2. What payment methods can I use?

Payment methods at cassin.store: Payoneer, paypal.

3. How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is between 7 and 20 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Please remember that holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when calculating your days. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays, especially during peak periods. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

4. Can I return the product?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Some items, such as sale items or custom orders, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

5. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping: $6.99 for all orders.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

7. My address is incorrect?

We are committed to delivering to the correct address you provide. Cassin.store is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to update your shipping address as long as your order is still pending. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
